Seller identity and contract readiness
The legal trading entity, service address and company particulars have not been supplied. These must be verified and added before sales open. Contact support@palletoryx.com with questions. We do not publish an invented company number, address or certification.
Catalogue and illustrations
The catalogue shows proposed stock formats. Availability and prices require owner approval. Product images are AI-generated illustrations and are not evidence of brands, unit counts, exact contents or condition. Obtain the lot-specific description and manifest status in writing.
Prices and order acceptance
The merchandise minimum is £100 after discounts, with delivery charged separately. Standard and express checkout rates are configured at £30 and £50. VAT registration remains unconfirmed. The seller must approve the final rules for offer, acceptance, reservation and cancellation before these terms can govern trading.
Payment
Bank transfer is the sole planned method. Checkout is gated until verified details are entered. An order submission is not proof of payment, and no order should be represented as paid until receipt of funds has been confirmed.
Delivery, returns and rights
Read delivery information and returns and refunds. Exact freight timings, risk and title terms, return handling, cancellation rights and any lawful limitations need seller and legal review. Nothing here excludes non-excludable statutory rights.
Buyer information
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Do not misrepresent access facilities or submit another person’s personal data without authority. If you are buying as a consumer rather than for business purposes, raise this before ordering so the applicable rights can be addressed correctly.
