Payment Information

Pre-launch information: online ordering is gated. Seller identity, actual stock, prices and final policies require owner verification. Do not send payment using unverified details.

Bank transfer is the only planned payment method. Online payment is currently unavailable while the account details and seller identity are verified.

Before you transfer money

Confirm the actual lot, availability, total price, delivery arrangement and seller details in writing. Do not pay based only on an illustrative catalogue listing. Bank details are not published on this public page and will never be invented to complete a checkout.

Order and payment sequence

  1. Once ordering is enabled, submit billing and delivery details through checkout.
  2. Your order should remain Pending Payment until funds are verified.
  3. Use only the verified instructions supplied for your order and quote your unique order number.
  4. The team must confirm receipt before treating the order as paid.

This flow is implemented in the storefront but has not yet passed a complete real-order email and payment-status test. A submitted order or email transport acknowledgement is not proof of payment.

Minimum merchandise order

£100 after discounts, excluding delivery. Standard delivery is configured at £30 and express at £50. The minimum does not include delivery charges. VAT treatment depends on the seller’s confirmed registration and tax configuration.

Protect yourself against payment fraud

Verify the payee independently. If instructions change unexpectedly, pause and confirm through a trusted channel. Do not send a banking password, one-time code or card PIN. Never assume a new bank account in an unsolicited message is genuine.

Payment not showing?

Contact support with your order number, transfer reference, amount and date. Avoid sharing more financial information than necessary. Confirmation and dispatch times cannot be promised until the team has verified funds and freight availability.
