Palletised freight needs more planning than a parcel. Check both the checkout charge and the access requirements for your address.

These are the two configured checkout services. They do not establish a guaranteed transit time. A delivery date, dispatch cut-off and carrier service must be confirmed before an order is accepted. No free-delivery offer applies.
Geographical coverage
Checkout is configured for UK addresses. Availability for islands, remote postcodes, Northern Ireland and restricted-access locations needs confirmation. Do not assume every postcode can receive the same service. Any different freight arrangement or additional charge must be explained and agreed before payment; we will not silently add a surcharge after you order.
Access and unloading
Tell us about narrow roads, height restrictions, slopes, gravel, steps, shared yards and time-limited access. Confirm whether a tail-lift or forklift is needed and whether there is a safe, level unloading area. Do not assume the service includes carrying goods indoors, unpacking or removing packaging.
Preparing for a delivery
- Provide an accurate postcode and delivery contact.
- Confirm the dimensions and weight of the actual lot.
- Ensure an appropriate person can receive the freight.
- Keep access clear and agree any unloading arrangements.
Damage, shortage or failed delivery
Where safe, photograph visible damage and record it with the carrier. Contact support promptly with your order number and delivery evidence. This request does not shorten any legal rights or impose an unverified reporting deadline. Failed-delivery and storage charges must be stated in the agreed order terms, not invented here.
