Getting started
What is a liquidation pallet?
A palletised lot of goods offered through a clearance or secondary-sales channel. It can contain returns, surplus or other stock. The label does not establish a particular condition, value or quantity.
Who is this storefront designed for?
UK resellers, retailers and trade buyers comparing single pallets and larger stock formats. If you are buying as a consumer, raise this before ordering so the applicable rights can be addressed correctly.
Is Palletoryx ready to accept orders?
Not yet. Checkout is gated while verified bank details, legal seller information and launch checks are completed. Published catalogue prices and availability still require owner approval.
Are the product pictures photographs of actual stock?
No. Current product images are AI-generated illustrations. They show a stock format, not verified contents, brands, condition or unit counts. Ask for evidence relating to the actual lot before payment.
How should I choose my first pallet?
Consider your total budget, storage, inspection skills, sales channel and ability to handle unsaleable units. Start by asking for the lot description and freight details rather than relying on the illustration.
Stock and availability
Does a published listing mean a lot is physically available?
No. Publication records a catalogue format; the owner must confirm actual stock availability, approved price and lot details before an order can be accepted.
Can I reserve a lot?
Reservation rules and any deposit terms have not been confirmed. Ask support what can be held and obtain any agreement in writing. Do not assume an unpaid basket reserves inventory.
Are particular brands guaranteed?
Only a verified written lot description could establish a brand commitment. A category name, general example or AI illustration is not evidence that a particular brand will be supplied.
Can I request a specific stock category?
Yes, send the category or SKU and your requirements through Contact. This is an enquiry, not a stock or sourcing guarantee. Availability and any proposed offer need confirmation.
Can I view or collect stock in person?
No viewing location, collection service or appointment process has been verified. Contact support before travelling. Do not use an unconfirmed address as a collection or returns location.
Condition and testing
What does customer returns mean?
Goods returned through a retail channel. Reasons can vary and the phrase does not mean every unit works, is complete or is unused. The condition of the specific lot must be described separately.
Does overstock mean brand new?
Not necessarily. Overstock generally describes surplus inventory, not a universal quality guarantee. Packaging, age, completeness and working condition still need verification for the actual lot.
What does untested mean?
Functional checks have not been confirmed. Budget for safe inspection and potential faults. Do not advertise an untested unit as working unless appropriate checks support that statement.
Will a pallet contain damaged or incomplete items?
That depends on the verified lot description and grade. Returns and clearance goods can include faults, missing accessories or packaging damage. No fixed defect percentage is promised.
Who is responsible for safety checks before resale?
A reseller should understand the legal and safety obligations applicable to its goods, including electrical products, toys and cosmetics. Obtain appropriate advice and testing; buying wholesale does not remove those responsibilities.
Manifests and quantities
What is a manifest?
An itemised description or inventory associated with a lot. Its usefulness depends on the detail, date and accuracy of the document and whether it relates to the exact goods being offered.
What is an unmanifested pallet?
A lot without an item-by-item inventory supplied as part of the offer. It carries greater uncertainty about contents. Do not assume the absence of a manifest implies a particular retail value.
Are manifests available for every listing?
No universal manifest availability has been verified. Ask support for the status of the actual lot: supplied, not available or requiring further confirmation before payment.
Are item counts guaranteed?
Only counts verified for the actual lot should be relied on. Current format illustrations do not establish unit counts, and a large stack of cartons in an image is not an inventory record.
Can estimated retail value be used to predict resale income?
No. An estimate, if supplied and supported, is not evidence of achievable sale prices or profit. Check condition, fees, demand, testing costs, returns and unsaleable stock before making a resale plan.
Prices and minimum orders
What is the minimum order value?
£100 in merchandise after discounts, excluding delivery. The configured server-side checks return a minimum-order error below that amount. Delivery charges do not help meet the threshold.
Are all current catalogue prices approved?
No. The owner must verify and approve the catalogue prices and actual stock before sales open. Treat the current storefront as pre-launch and seek written confirmation rather than paying from a listing alone.
Does delivery count toward the £100 minimum?
No. A £99.99 merchandise subtotal remains below the minimum even if freight would make the total exceed £100. The £100 threshold applies to goods after discounts, before delivery.
Are discounts available for buying several pallets?
No blanket multi-buy discount has been confirmed. You can enquire about larger requirements, but any offer, validity period, stock allocation and freight arrangement must be agreed in writing.
Is resale profit guaranteed?
No. Returns, defects, testing, storage, marketplace fees, delivery and changing demand can reduce or eliminate margin. Palletoryx does not promise a profit percentage or guaranteed stock turnover.
Bank transfer and order status
Which payment methods are planned?
Bank transfer only. Checkout is currently unavailable until the owner enters and verifies bank details. No card, cash, cryptocurrency or payment-provider option is represented as enabled.
Where will I receive bank details?
Verified details are intended for the relevant customer order email, not public pages. The complete order-email workflow still needs launch testing. Never transfer using unverified instructions.
Which transfer reference should I use?
Once ordering is enabled, use the unique order number stated in your order instructions. Accurate references help reconciliation, but a reference alone does not confirm receipt of funds.
Does Pending Payment mean my money has arrived?
No. It means payment has not been confirmed in the order workflow. The team must verify actual receipt before treating an order as paid. A submitted checkout or sent message is not a payment receipt.
What should I do if payment instructions change?
Pause before transferring and verify the change through an independently trusted channel. Do not disclose banking passwords or one-time codes, and do not assume an unsolicited account change is legitimate.
Delivery and access
What delivery charges are configured?
Standard £30 and Express £50. These are configured checkout services, not verified transit-time promises. The actual delivery arrangement and address coverage must be confirmed before payment.
Is every UK postcode served on the same terms?
That has not been verified. Islands, remote locations, Northern Ireland and difficult-access addresses need confirmation. Any different freight terms must be explained and agreed before payment.
When will an order arrive?
No dispatch cut-off or guaranteed delivery timescale has been approved. Obtain a date or service commitment for your actual order. Choosing the Express label alone is not a promised next-day arrival.
Do I need a forklift to receive a pallet?
Unloading requirements depend on the freight service, lot weight and site access. Confirm whether a tail-lift or forklift is needed, and describe slopes, gravel, restrictions and safe unloading space.
Is indoor placement or unpacking included?
Do not assume so. Confirm the service scope before ordering, including whether delivery is kerbside and whether unloading, indoor movement or packaging removal is included.
Returns and problems
Can I return a pallet simply because I changed my mind?
That depends on your buyer status, applicable rights and agreed terms. No universal return window has been approved. The wholesale label does not itself decide whether consumer rights apply.
How do I report visible delivery damage?
Where safe, photograph the damage and note it with the carrier, then contact support with your order number and evidence. This guidance does not shorten legal rights or impose an unverified deadline.
What if the delivered lot differs from its agreed description?
Keep the written description, manifest and relevant evidence, then contact support explaining the difference. The remedy depends on the facts and applicable rights; no blanket exclusion is asserted.
Where should I send a return?
Do not send goods without agreed instructions. The returns address and collection process have not yet been confirmed. Ask support for verified arrangements for your particular order.
When will an agreed refund reach me?
No refund timescale has been verified. The team must confirm the amount, method and expected timing for an agreed refund. Never send banking passwords or one-time authentication codes.
VAT and documents
Is Palletoryx VAT registered?
Registration has not been confirmed. Tax calculation is currently off and no VAT number is published. Do not assume VAT can be reclaimed from a listing or a printable order document.
Are prices tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive?
The store was configured with tax-exclusive settings while tax calculation remains off. The owner must confirm registration and price presentation before launch. Ask for the final tax treatment in writing.
Can I download an order document?
A protected printable document feature is implemented for authenticated customers viewing their own orders. It reproduces saved order totals, but still needs full testing on an actual order.
Is a pro forma document a VAT invoice?
No. An unpaid order document or pro forma is not automatically a compliant VAT invoice. The issuer details, registration, tax information and required numbering must be correct and verified.
Does £100 plus £20 VAT plus £30 delivery equal £150?
Yes as arithmetic, assuming no additional shipping tax in that example. It is illustrative only, not Palletoryx current VAT status or a statement that delivery is untaxed.
Accounts, privacy and support
Do I have to create an account?
The store is configured to allow guest checkout and account registration once ordering is enabled. An account can provide order access; it does not grant credit or confirm a trade application.
Does registration give me credit terms?
No credit facility or deferred-payment agreement has been approved. Bank transfer is the planned method. Do not assume an account permits dispatch before verified payment.
How can I contact support?
Use the Contact page or email support@palletoryx.com with the relevant SKU or order number. No response-time promise, office hours or telephone number has yet been verified.
Will a contact enquiry subscribe me to marketing?
No. The contact form is for responding to an enquiry, not newsletter registration. Marketing sign-ups are not currently enabled. Read the Privacy Policy before sending personal information.
How can I ask about my personal data?
Contact support with a clear request. Rights and any proportionate identity checks depend on the circumstances. The controller identity and retention schedules still need owner confirmation before launch.
