Privacy Policy

Pre-launch information: online ordering is gated. Seller identity, actual stock, prices and final policies require owner verification. Do not send payment using unverified details.

Privacy information for this storefront. Controller identity, processors and retention details still require owner confirmation before launch.

Who is responsible?

The legal identity and address of the data controller have not yet been provided. The contact route is support@palletoryx.com. Publishing this provisional notice does not replace the need to verify the controller’s full details.

Data used by the storefront

  • Enquiries: name, email address, optional order reference and message, to respond to your request.
  • Accounts and orders: contact, billing, shipping and order information needed for account and order administration.
  • Security: request information and limited anti-abuse signals used to protect the form and storefront.
  • Essential cookies and local preferences: basket, session and security functions, plus your acknowledgement of the cookie notice.

The contact form is not a marketing registration. No newsletter sign-up service is currently enabled.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to an enquiry or handling an order may involve steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract. Security and proportionate abuse prevention may involve legitimate interests, subject to the necessary assessment. Tax and accounting retention may involve legal obligations. The controller must confirm the applicable basis and retention for each activity; consent is not a blanket justification for all processing.

Recipients and international transfers

Website hosting, transactional email and any eventual freight provider may process relevant data. Their identities, contracts, hosting locations and any international-transfer safeguards are not yet verified. These must be documented before launch. We do not name an unconfirmed service provider.

Retention and security

No unverified retention period is promised. Enquiries, orders, server logs and backups need documented schedules reflecting purpose and legal obligations. Access controls, HTTPS and form validation reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive financial credentials through a message.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights can include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Contact support to make a request; proportionate identity checks may be required. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Nothing in this notice limits rights that apply.
