Returns & Refunds
Liquidation stock can have mixed condition. The lot description matters, but it does not remove rights that apply under law.
Policy approval status
The seller has not yet approved the operational returns window, return address, inspection process or collection charges. This page explains how to raise a problem; it is not a blanket “no returns” policy. Do not order on the assumption that all trade purchases are returnable or that all purchases are excluded from returns.
Business and consumer purchases
Business-to-business transactions and consumer purchases can have different legal protections. Describing a storefront as wholesale does not, by itself, determine the legal status of every buyer. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before buying a lot
Ask for the actual condition summary, manifest status, tested or untested status and any disclosed faults. Customer-return, untested and clearance descriptions are not guarantees that every unit works. AI-generated catalogue illustrations do not document the condition of stock offered.
How to report a problem
- Email support@palletoryx.com with your order number and the issue.
- Keep the manifest, listing details and relevant packaging.
- Provide clear photographs or other relevant evidence, without putting yourself at risk.
- Wait for agreed return or collection instructions before sending goods to an address.
Refunds and payment records
A refund must be agreed and recorded against the relevant order. Its amount depends on the applicable rights, agreed outcome and any lawful deductions. No refund-processing timescale has been verified. Never provide online-banking passwords; bank-transfer refunds may require secure verification of appropriate recipient details.
